Thursday July 4th 2024:
Parade (Step-Off 9:00 AM) – Tega Cay Drive Closed – 8:45 am Tega Cay’s All-American Celebration Parade will step-off at 9 am on Tuesday, July 4th. The parade will begin at Tega Cay Elementary School and travel down Tega Cay Drive ending at Windward Drive at Tega Cay Drive.
Fish Fry (4:00 PM) The Tega Cay Lion’s Club will present their Annual Fish Fry after the parade between 4:00 pm and 7:30 pm in the City’s Glennon Center (15083 Molokai Dr.)
Mayor’s State of the City and Tega Cay 41st Birthday Celebration (4:30 PM) Also located in The Glennon Center, Mayor Gray will give an update on the city and cut the city’s 41st Birthday cake!
“Boom in the Cay” Fireworks (9:30 PM) The day ends with a bang outside the Glennon Center as the City’s official fireworks illuminates the Carolina sky beginning around 9:30 pm (or dark). Please be aware schedule is subject to change in the event of inclement weather.
Friday July 5th 2024:
Tega Cay’s “All-American Celebration” Water Ski Show, Paddle Board & Boat Parade – Held at Windjammer Park (8999 Windjammer Dr.) for an exciting evening of competition and show by the Goat Boater and The Carolina Show Ski Team.
The Goat Boat Freedom SUP Fun Run (5:00 PM)
Tega Cay Flotilla Parade (Boats Float-Off Niven’s Creek 5:00 pm with arrival to Windjammer Park 6:00 pm.)
The Carolina Show Ski Team (6:30 PM) The Carolina Show Ski Team will dazzle audiences with daring jumps, spectacular pyramids and stunts. Hailed as one of Lake Wylie’s most favorited attributes, the team will showcase their regionally and nationally recognized skills on the water! Because seating is limited, bring a blanket or chair to sit on.
Saturday July 6 2024:
Tega Cay’s “Uncle Sam Jam” Concert 6:00 PM-10:00 PM, Runde Park (5116 Windward Dr)
