One of the great things about living in Tega Cay and Lake Wylie is we have a completion ski team. The Carolina Show Ski Team offers skiing lessons at the beginning of the season. See info below:

City of Tega Cay and Carolina Show Ski Team present Community Learn to Ski

• Dates: May 14th, 21st and 28th
• Location: Windjammer Park, Tega Cay
• Sessions: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and/or 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• (Special barefoot Session starts at 6:30 am)
• Cost: $17 per session (limit 15 skiers per session, you may register for both)
• Registration: Online at www.tegacaysc.org
• Age: Minimum age 6 years old
• Items Needed: Sunscreen, water/sports drink and ski vest (If you do not have a vest one will be provided)

The Learn to Ski is sanctioned with USA Water Ski. www.usawaterski.com. All participants will have the opportunity to learn to ski on 2 skis. If they are successful, they can try a single slalom ski. In addition you will have the opportunity to participate in a team pyramid as a base or climb (first practice will be on land).

Drivers and instructors are members of the Carolina Show Ski Team.
