Water Fun @ Windjammer

Join your friends and neighbors at Windjammer Park on Sunday, July 4th for lots of fun in the sun.  Area vendors will be on hand as well as
entertainment.  Windjammer Park is one of our most beautiful and popular parks.  You can ride the trolley to Windjammer from Runde Park, Turner Field,
or Lakeshore Christian Fellowship Church. Trolleys will run from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Remember – no cars are allowed at Windjammer Park).

Canoe Joust – At 12 NOON, we’ll begin our annual Canoe Joust which is open to anyone.  The cost to enter the competition is $10 per team of two. There
will be 2 divisions and up to 8 teams per division (single elimination).  Divisions are separated as 12 and under and 13 and over (age determine by jouster
not canoe paddler).  Come and join in or just watch the fun!

Boat Parade – At 12 Noon, the Annual Tega Cay BOAT PARADE will begin at Niven’s Creek and make its way around the peninsula to Windjammer at
around 2:00 PM.  The decorated boats will be judged by local Tega Cay Veterans and results will be announced at the end of the parade. Pull up your lawn
chair or blanket and cheer them on.

Ski Show – Following the Boat Parade, our local CAROLINA SHOW SKI TEAM will entertain the crowd with their annual performance.  Comedy, skills and
amazing water ski stunts are a hallmark of the team and always make this event a 4th of July favorite.

PLEASE REMEMBER, THERE IS NO PARKING AT WINDJAMMER.  RIDE THE TROLLEYS.
The last trolley will leave Windjammer at 3:30 PM.
