Tega Cay Underground Blog Poll Says Majority Support Scaled Down 4th of July Activities
A new Tega Cay blog has popped up on the horizon called Tega Cay Underground. It was created in early May 2009. Its tag line and assumed mission is “Protecting The Good Life”. The Good Life is the City of Tega Cay’s motto.
You’ll find several posts about the city council and city issues. The most recent post are the results of the blogs recent poll. Here are the details from the blog:
“Should have TC considered scaling down the 4th of July festivities?
Sadly, yes 31 (64%)
No, it is our biggest celebration of the year 14 (29%)
oooh…tough one..I am not sure 3 (6%)”
Not surprising results do to the sign of the economic times. Do you agree with the Tega Cay Underground poll results?
Update: The TC Underground Blog went away in early December. Oddly a new blog appeared called the Tega Cay Voice. Although not verified, many suspect the same creators of the Underground blog are part of the Voice Blog.

The city of Tega Cay is stepping up its efforts to help improve air quality. Soon, the city’s fleet of cars and trucks will include almost a dozen alternative fuel vehicles, City Manager Grant Duffield said.
